CSEET it refers to company secretary executive entrance test This test is conducted for the students who are aiming to become a company secretary. The first stage of company secretaryship examination is CSEET. The students who had passed or completed any degree in any steam can eligible for the examination This is the new syllabus of for the year 2020 given by the institute of company secretaries of India In the old syllabus we have the three stages 1 foundation 2 executive 3 is final But according to the new syllabus 2020 has made 1CSEET 2 executive 3 final In the new syllabus there is no foundation exam the directly we are writing an Entrance Examination. The students who passed class 12th or completed degree can write CSEET examination. New syllabus contains Viva & writing . The Viva contains 20 marks and theoretical part contains 80 marks. The full theoretical part will be computer writing not in the paper pen ,Viva will be conducted within the examination after completing the theoretical part. The students can easily score 80 marks in the theoretical with compared with numerical in CA & CMA We compare with CA and CMA ,CS Exams are easy which is more based on law and theories in company secretaryship In company secretary ship examinations comparatively less numerical and comparatively more theory part and law. Today we are going to discuss about primary exam of company secretary (CS) named as (CSEET) Company secretary Executing Entrance Test. 

ICSI has cancelled the foundation exam instead of that they conduct CSEET in 2020. 

Before CSEET Candidates who are all passed the higher secondary educations education they must attend the foundation exam and candidates who 

passed their bachelors degree they skip their foundation exam and directly attend executive exam .

But in the CSEET exam every candidate's should attend CSEET even they completed bachelor's also. 

ICSI changed some of the old syllabus for the new arrival of CSEET. 

In CSEET there are 4 paper like foundations, there are

The CSEET Exam are Computer based exam and all 4 paper are MCQ ( Multiple choice Question) Type.

the time duration of each exam is 20 minutes candidates should complete their exam within 120 minutes (2hrs) 

VIVA will conduct after the exam in the same Centre. 

ICSI conduct CSEET exam 4 months in a year in a year i.e.,

January, May, July, November.

For May month exam  candidates must register within December - April

For July month exam  candidates must register within May - June

For November month exam  candidates must register within July - October

For January month exam  candidates must register within November - December

After CSEET exam candidates should attend VIVA, In VIVA there are listening test, written communication skill

oral communication skill and explain the given term. These are all the VIVA test conducted by ICSI.

Candidates who did their foundation before 3rd February they can do till the valid date.
